RESULTS AND OUTPUTS
NEED ANALYSIS WORKINGS
The scope of Erasmus+ (KA-210 VET) “Digital Transformation in Vocational Education and Training” need analysis working carried out in order to prepare a digital training programme for newly attended psychologists, pedagogues and social workers (PPS). In this context;
- Desk study was conducted.
- Focus group discussions were held with the participation of 57 judges and 103 PPS in 7 pilot courthouses in Türkiye (Ankara, Erzurum, İstanbul and İzmir).
- Universities, public and private training institutions which carried out in the field of distance trainings were visited.
The workings have been obtained detailed information on what basic training PPSs’ need, the issues that should be specifically addressed in the training content, and which techniques will be useful for preparing a digital training. A comprehensive needs analysis report regarding the studies has been prepared.
The topics most frequently mentioned were analysed. Accordingly, the training program is assessed more efficient and beneficial by consisting the following modules:
- Judicial System
- Social Investigation and Reporting Techniques
- Interview Techniques
- Mechanisms of Judicial Interview Rooms
- Support for Staff
These modules will cover many topics that will increase the legal and professional knowledge and competence of newly attended PPS. While preparing the content, attention will be paid to include theoretical knowledge as well as issues and case examples that will be useful in practice.
While preparing the content, information that can be useful in practice and positive-negative case examples will be placed on rather than theoretical knowledge in the modules.
In the process of transferring the content to digital, it will be included animated and visual elements, videos and case studies that will increase the interest and motivation of the participants. In addition, useful resources section that includes legislations, articles, research, etc. will be created.
