Thanks to the new information and communication technologies, digital tools used in training environments are increasingly diversified. As an vocational training unit, it is planned to provide digital transformation in training and increase capacity towards the conditions of the 21st century. Thus, it will be possible to support traditional training with digital training. It is aimed to provide and disseminate digital transformation in vocational training by using new training technologies within the scope of vocational training activities.

Digital training modules and all necessary digital training materials will be prepared and a comprehensive digital trainingprogram will be created. Establishment of such a digital training program is directly related to the priorities of “ensuring digital transformation through the development of digital capacity” and “contributing to innovation in the field of vocational training”. It is aimed to strengthen the orientation training of psychologists, pedagogues and social workers (PPS) who work in courthouses one-on-one with sensitive groups, with a new digital training program to be prepared.

With this digital training program; in-service training will be more accessible for disabled personnel, time and cost savings will be achieved, protection of the environment will be contributed. With the experience to be gained, it is aimed to digitized other vocational training programs.

Although, the cooperation established within the project will be continued and expanded in other training programs. All produced digital content (training modules, additional resources, videos, references, etc.), reports (needs analysis, study visit, conference, progress and final reports, etc.), translation studies and other relevant outputs will be made available to stakeholders within the scope of mutual cooperation. This cooperation will also contribute to the international training network and new collaborations.
